Senior Business Analyst (Remote with 30% Travel)
Position Overview:
APPECODE, a leader in innovative software development solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time remote position with 30% travel to client sites. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving effective and efficient solutions that align with business goals.

- Salary Range: $115,000 to $175,000
- Location: Remote (with approximately 30% travel)
- Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
Drive issue analysis and resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Educate peers and provide mentorship within the team to enhance project delivery standards.
Lead the project lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through execution, ensuring delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
Work with multiple platform teams to drive integration, consistency, and alignment across projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development or technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and developers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to client locations.
